This Agreement is a binding agreement between the individual identified in your Enterprise Room Hub account ("you," "Licensee," "User") and Enterprise Room Hub Limited ("we," "us"). This Agreement provides the terms and conditions of your License to use Enterprise Room Hub or "The Product."
To access Enterprise Room Hub, a User must have an account and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. You agree to be bound by either downloading the Enterprise Room Hub application from Google Play Store and App Store, or by clicking accept or otherwise by using the Product. Your membership entitles you to access all of the contents on Enterprise Room Hub. Enterprise Room Hub reserves and shall have the right in its sole discretion to add, modify, withdraw, or delay at any time any commercial content from access by you for any reason including, without limitation, based on the costs generated to Enterprise Room Hub by such content or the nature of your use of the Product. Enterprise Room Hub makes no guarantee as to the availability of specific titles or the timing of their availability.
This license, granted to you to use Enterprise Room Hub, is a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable personal license for your personal non-commercial use.
You are not to distribute or make the license available over a network where it could be used by additional parties (except as expressly permitted by this license for multiple persons to use). Personal account information may not be shared to allow others access your account. The sharing of personal account information is a breach of the license and Enterprise Room Hub reserves the right to terminate your license upon any such misuse of your personal account information to and with any third party without refunding your subscription fee.
You must not print out, sell, lend, redistribute, or sublicense the access given to you on any of Enterprise Room Hub's commercial content.
You must not attempt to derive the source code of, modify, or create derivative works of the Enterprise Room Hub application, its content, any updates, or any part thereof, reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, decode, or remove, delete, alter, or obscure any trademarks or any copyright, trademark, patent, or other intellectual property or proprietary rights from your use. Any attempt to do so is a violation of the rights of Enterprise Room Hub Limited and if you breach this restriction, you may be subject to refund, prosecution, and damages.
You must not make copies of all or any portion of any Enterprise Room Hub content. You are prohibited from making any public display or public performance of Enterprise Room Hub commercial content.
This Agreement and the license granted hereunder will remain in effect so long as the user is actively using the Enterprise Room Hub platform. Enterprise Room Hub may terminate or suspend your account at any time for whatever reason without recourse to you. When you register on Enterprise Room Hub website, the license is effective until terminated by you or Enterprise Room Hub by deleting your account. Your rights under this license will be terminated automatically without notice from Enterprise Room Hub if you fail to comply with any of the term(s) of this Agreement.
Enterprise Room Hub reserves the right to modify or withdraw at any time any Enterprise Room Hub commercial content from access by you at the request of its publisher or for any other reason. If Enterprise Room Hub removes or deletes a particular piece of Enterprise Room Hub commercial content to which you have access, Enterprise Room Hub reserves the right to revoke your access.
Licensee agrees to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend Enterprise Room Hub and its officers, directors, employees, customers, agents, from and against any and all damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, incurred in connection with any third-party action arising out of or relating to Licensee's use of Enterprise Room Hub beyond the scope of the license in this Agreement or any of its modification.
